RESEARCH EXPERIENCE

Meng, Fanying, Ph.D., Professor of Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology (SIMIT). She graduated from department of Physics of Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2002, and earned her Ph. D degree in optics. After graduation, she worked as a lecturer and associated professor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University from 2002 to 2011.
In 2004, she was selected to join the bilingual education training sponsored by government in Latrobe University of Australia. After that, she worked as a researcher at Tokyo Institute of Technology of Japan 2005 to 2008. In February 2011, she was appointed professor of SIMIT. Her researches focus on amorphous/crystalline silicon heterojunction solar cell for high efficiency, Transparent conductive oxides film. She has published more than 60 peer-reviewed papers and obtained 5 China invention patents.
